How to install vertical blinds and panel track
Vertical blinds and panel track hang from a track rather than a headrail. The job is mostly about getting the track level, after which the vanes or panels simply clip on.

Step by step

Position the track and mark the bracket holes, checking level across the full span.

Drill and fix the brackets, using anchors for drywall or ceiling mount.
- 3
Clip the track into the brackets and confirm it is firmly seated.
- 4
Clip the vanes or panels onto the carriers in order.
- 5
Rotate the vanes to check they turn freely and clear the door or sill.
- 6
Adjust the stack position so the vanes gather neatly to your chosen side.

Tips
- Use the supplied valance to hide the track for a cleaner look.
- Make sure the vanes clear the door handle when stacked.
- Wide spans benefit from a centre support bracket.
